Common statement between Socialist Party of Latvia and Commnist Party-Sweden

Socialist Party of Latvia and Communist Party - Sweden commonly condemn and resist all attemts to create splits and division among Swedish and Baltic workers in Sweden.

We demand that Swedish collective tarif agreements schould be the foundation of salaries in Sweden, despite from wich country workers come from.

The Laval/Vaxholm judgement ( C-341/05) from the EU court in Luxemburg is threating the collective tarif agreement system.

We workers parties in Latvia and Sweden demand swedish collective tarif agreements for all work done on Swedish territory.

No to wage-dumping!
